| Event Description: | Beginner Ride/Intermediate Recovery Ride EMAIL REQUIRED TO CONFIRM RIDE LEADER. Ride between 25 – 35 miles on the Granite Bay bike path starting at Beal’s Point. Meet in the parking lot and warm up with various skills drills (optional) Ride for approximately one hour out and one hour back. This is a casual ride and will go at a fairly mellow pace. Depending upon the diversity of the group, we will either sweep or have designated stops to regroup/rest. This ride is for ladies of ALL LEVELS – no one will be left alone. Terrain: flat (as flat as we can get) to rolling, gentle climbs. |
